Dreams...

Yesterday the juniors joined class and we had to brainstorm about dreams and then write a story about them. I choose to do my story about a nightmare. I was in a group with Annabelle and Molly. They both wrote about a dream or a wish.

What is a dream
  • Wish
  • Need
  • Want
  • Think-about
  • A dream not only happens in your sleep and night it can happen during in the day.

This is my story about nightmares and dreams:

I’m lying in bed, the wind is getting louder and louder. The night sky's getting darker and darker, my eyes closed.
I’m in a deep sleep…….
I am now in a room with the alphabet on the wall and numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5. I think I am in a school. Ehhh what was that? I just heard a noise, it sounded like “emmmmmmm”  I have to run!! I have to get out!! I look behind me making sure there is nothing there, I come around a corner standing there was a lady, the lady looked at me, her face changed a different shape. I ran, my heart was thumping, my face lost all expression! I come around a corner in the corridor. I tripped up. I tried to run but the lady had already picked me up, I had no idea what she would do. I looked at her blue eyes, she said “A FRIEND” with a loud voice and hugged me. I wondered what is going on? First she was chasing me and now she is hugging me, this I so weird!
She said to me, “My name is Michelle, I am a lonely person. I have no friends, I was hoping we could be friends? I was chasing you because I wanted a friend then you started running, so I followed you. I am truly sorry if I scared you, I can make it up to you, I really will it is just no one likes me.”
SUddenly, I sit up in my bed with a fright, my heart is pounding. I wonder if she really was just lonely and needed a friend?
That was a terrible nightmare.

The run was 1.5km for the year 5-6’s but the year 7-8’s did 3km. The bike was 4km for the year 5-6’s and it was 6km for the year 7-8’s. The swim was 4 lengths for the year 5-6’s and it was 6 lengths for the year 7-8’s.
The only part that was hard was that the run was on tarmac so my ankles and heels were so sore at the end!!
