I was Knocked out in bed asleep, Why? You might ask well it’s a long story so you might want to grab a bowl of dog role and some dog treats cause you're in for a long and bumpy ride.
It all started when I woke up one morning I was lying in my king single bed as per usually getting my daily pedicure and back massage from my masseuse (Bean) when I heard a knock at the door, I immediately barked at my pet human so she would answer it, willing she stood up and went to the door, I stare as another pet human strolls in the door with a little companion pet human, I had seen this pair of humans before but I just couldn't put my tongue on it, I know it's that pet with the four other moderately smaller pets. That pet and my pet seemed to be friends although I had never seen them sniff each other's bottoms but what do I know, I stopped talking and pondered on some thoughts I had earlier that week when all of a sudden I was dragged out the door as well as my masseuse (Bean), I was freaking out and by that I mean I was SO “FREAKING” EXCITED to be out of the house for once. All was going well I was strolling down the drive when out of nowhere I was in a car and getting carted off to some foreign country, well for all I knew it could have been the pound, stay strong, stay strong Pickle I repeated in my head stay stro…. I was Interpreted as the car jolted back and forth to a halt, I stood up my ears pricked ready for whatever was coming I could hear many voices yelling and talking.
I was ready to jump as the car's door slide open I shimmed back and then oh it was just another pet human, she grabbed me and I pulled her down the hill, I could smell so much fresh meat cooking on a barbecue and all the lamb poo it smelt so good here, it turns out I wasn’t going to the pound but going to dog heaven, the only problem was that I had to share it, With who? You might ask well the millions of dogs that were one by one filing down the hill “ugh”,I sighed.
I was sitting down… waiting for food, water and some kind of dog I can pounce on to show everyone who's boss.
I was lying on my new pet human, when she stood up and took me off the fence and pulled me along to a place with a whole lot of stuff all over it.
It was all quiet before she pulled me forward and dragged me through the foreign objects ahead, we were halfway through, when we came to a strange tunnel looking thing, it looked like somewhere dogs go but never come back, I tried to dodge it but she pulled me through, hesitant, I resisted. I strained on the leash until finally I went through, luckily coming out again and NOT disappearing off the face of the earth.
We finally finished the object of doom and decided to go back down to where we were.
The rest of the day was really a big blur, although I remember a few things like how I tried to bite the face off of another dog, Bad Idea, and how and slipped out of my harness a few times, Hee Hee, or how I stole my new pet human for the days burger, Yum, so the the story of how, I, Pickle, was the star of the thing humans called Pet Day.
